Romania ranks last in the EU for digital skills.
We're changing that — through the people who reach every child: their teachers.
We don't deliver programs directly to children — we build the infrastructure that already reaches them. With 35,000 educators trained across Romania, ADFABER has created the largest network for digital safety, media literacy, and AI skills in the country. When we need to reach a million families, we don't build a new channel. We activate the one we already have.
Through Adfaber I discovered I could create, not just consume technology. It was my first step towards becoming a programmer. — Maria, 16, Breaking Barriers participant

Ready to build at European scale
ADFABER is ready to lead its first European consortium — FutureProof EU. We bring a proven methodology, a national delivery network of 35,000 educators, and institutional partnerships with four Romanian ministries.
We are looking for:
- NGO partners in EU countries for joint Erasmus+ or Digital Europe applications
- Funders interested in scaling digital resilience programs across Central and Eastern Europe
Every 3.5% written on paper changes a child's future
You decide where the money from your taxes goes. Choose education. Choose Adfaber.
What change looks like
Three stories. Three starting points. One variable.
From placement center to $4,000 in one summer
A child from a state placement center — no family, no resources — earned $4,000 in a single summer from coding services after our programs. That $4,000 was a beginning, not an ending.
From a Romanian classroom to Columbia University
In 2018, a girl told us she wanted to use AI to unlock the mysteries of the universe through astronomy and astrophysics. She just graduated from Columbia University — Astronomy & Astrophysics with Computer Science. We didn't change her dream. We gave her the tools to take it seriously.
Three people. Three starting points. One variable.
A placement center child. A girl with a dream too big for her circumstances. A student who became an educator. Three completely different starting points. The same variable: access to the right digital skills at the right moment.
