Are you a schoolgirl and want to participate in Technovation Girls?
Embark on an adventure of knowledge and discover how simple and beautiful it is to develop IT solutions to help the community you are part of.
Join the program and form a team. A team must have a maximum of 5 girls.
Together identify a problem in your community or in the world and use the free lessons in the program to develop an IT solution to the identified problem.
You will have the chance to be among the international winners of the Technovation competition!
Do you represent a company and want to support Technovation?
Get involved in educating and supporting the next generation of girls in IT. Year after year, large companies join Technovation Girls Romania to sponsor the project or some of the participating teams.
The sponsors inspire the girls and give them the courage they need to develop solutions using technology. Write to us on comunicare@adfaber.org to help Romanian schoolgirls discover how much they can achieve using programming.
Are you a parent and want to get involved in your daughter's education?
Girls often avoid STEM fields because of stereotypes and lack of encouragement. Gender equality in the IT industry is still a necessity and female students are missing out on career opportunities because they don't have adults around to tell them that IT is for girls and boys.
Be the parent who talks to your daughter about Technovation Girls and give her the chance to discover this free educational program!
Send the link to this page to her and to a teacher at her school.
Are you a teacher and want to get involved in your students' education?
Tell your students about Technovation Girls and you'll be giving them the chance to transform their future and even help their communities.
Join the program, and we will provide you with posters for the school bulletin board, information about the Technovation competition, invitations to online discussions with other teachers and the Adfaber team, as well as the steps your students need to follow throughout the program. You will be part of a community of engaged teachers, up to date with modern tools for education.
