9. Minors
Adfaber runs educational programmes for children.
The processing of minors' data is carried out only with the consent of the parents or legal representatives, directly or through partner institutions (schools).

Adfaber does not transfer personal data outside the EU except under the conditions provided for by the GDPR and through compliant platforms (e.g.: Google, Meta).
11. Amendment of the policy
We reserve the right to update this Policy. The updated version will be published on the website.
