We are breaking barriers in education

One of the focal points of the program is to train 200 girls from Romania and 50 from the Republic of Moldova between the ages of 14 and 18 in programming and leadership. These girls will then become trainers and ambassadors in their schools, passing on their knowledge and passion to other girls. They will also be actively involved in our organization's programs, where they will have the opportunity to learn hands-on and take on real-life roles that will develop their skills.

The Girls Code - Breaking Barriers isn't just about learning about technology and coding, it's about building a transformative journey. From organizing events for kids in their community or underprivileged backgrounds to creating a strong portfolio for university and improving their CV, each step brings them valuable knowledge and practical skills. 

With certificates, prizes, and public recognition, the most engaged teams become role models in their communities, and connections with industry mentors open doors to new opportunities. This program is about discovering your own potential and applying knowledge in any field.

The program also aims to educate and inform parents about career prospects in the IT field. We will organize special events and workshops for parents and children, where they will have the chance to learn alongside their daughters and better understand the importance of technology in the modern world..

The program also focuses on collaborating with teachers from the schools where the program is implemented, providing them with resources and support to facilitate the program in their schools.
