{"id":8219,"date":"2023-05-10T13:01:19","date_gmt":"2023-05-10T13:01:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/adfaber.org\/?p=8219"},"modified":"2023-05-12T08:33:08","modified_gmt":"2023-05-12T08:33:08","slug":"de-la-pasionati-de-robotica-la-campioni-nationali-iata-castigatorii-competitiei-arduino-de-anul-acesta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adfaber.org\/en\/de-la-pasionati-de-robotica-la-campioni-nationali-iata-castigatorii-competitiei-arduino-de-anul-acesta\/","title":{"rendered":"From robotics enthusiasts to national champions - here are this year's Arduino competition winners!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Every year, the competition challenges high school and middle school students to identify a real need in their community or globally and to create an Arduino project that addresses that need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Organized by <a href=\"https:\/\/adfaber.org\/en\/\" target=\"_self\">ADFABER<\/a> and sponsored by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bosch.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BOSCH<\/a>, the competition is held within the <a href=\"https:\/\/kidsintech.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kids in Tech<\/a> program and challenges students to combine fun, teamwork, and technology to create the most innovative Arduino project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are amazed by the children's ideas and what they have managed to create.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Congratulations to all participants for the hard work!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Winners High School Category<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>3rd place goes to The Hill Team with their project \"ArduBackbone\" made by Delureanu Ana-Maria, from the National College Tudor Vladimirescu, in T\u00e2rgu-Jiu, under the guidance of Prof. Popescu Sanda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2nd place is awarded to the Msp-Alarm team for the project of the same name created by Marian \u0218erban Petru, from the Technical College Gheorghe Asachi, in Boto\u0219ani, under the guidance of Prof. Rodica Gavril.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1st place goes to the Aedific\u00e1ntes team for the SuperSmartHouse project created by Iancu Robert-Andrei and Babu\u0219c\u0103 Georgiana-Miruna, from the Costache Negri National College in Gala\u021bi, and Cucu Andrei, from the M. Kog\u0103lniceanu National College in Gala\u021bi, under the guidance of Prof. Valeriu Apostol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Winners in the Middle School Category<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>3rd Place goes to the team Rosie for their project \"Rosie, the robot that takes care of plants\", created by Oprea \u0218tefania-Miruna and \u0218tefan Cristian George, from Colegiul Na\u021bional Ien\u0103chi\u021b\u0103 V\u0103c\u0103rescu in T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te, under the guidance of Prof. Rafira Anca Mihaela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2nd Place is awarded to the team Cluster Magic Sciences CNGC-CJ(1) for their project \"Experimental device for air quality testing (1)\", created by students Bora Bogdan, Oara Robin, and Crainic Mihai, from Colegiul Na\u021bional George Co\u0219buc in Cluj-Napoca, under the guidance of Prof. Teodorescu Gabriel Nicolae.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1st Place is awarded to the team AndreiTech for their project \"SmartBIN\", created by Balan Andrei Cristian, from Liceul Teoretic Nicolae Iorga in Bucharest, under the guidance of Prof. Balan Maria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why do children participate in the annual Arduino robotics competition?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, the National Arduino Competition is in its fifth edition. Impressed by the annual number of enrolled students, we asked them directly what attracts them to this competition.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students express their delight at the idea of sharing responsibilities and working together to achieve a common goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, they can let their imagination run wild, they are appreciated, and are helped to bring their own ideas to life.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We can't help but be delighted by such responses!
