Nu pentru c\u0103 acel lucru e r\u0103u. Ci pentru c\u0103 nu e demonstrabil. Nu po\u021bi pune acel r\u0103spuns \u00een fa\u021ba unui board, a unui auditor sau a unui investitor care \u00een\u021belege ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 impactul social real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pia\u021ba de CSR din Rom\u00e2nia se maturizeaz\u0103 rapid. Se face o trecere de la proiecte punctuale la interven\u021bii mai bine articulate, mai diverse tematic \u0219i mai atent conectate la nevoile reale ale comunit\u0103\u021bilor. Cu alte cuvinte: standardul cre\u0219te. \u0218i companiile care r\u0103m\u00e2n la nivelul \u201eam donat, am bifat&#8221; vor deveni tot mai vizibile \u00een peisaj \u0219i mereu nu \u00eentr-un sens bun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Diferen\u021ba dintre input \u0219i impact<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exist\u0103 o confuzie fundamental\u0103 \u00een felul \u00een care multe companii m\u0103soar\u0103 CSR-ul: confuzia dintre <strong>c\u00e2t ai cheltuit<\/strong> and <strong>ce s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eAm alocat 50.000 de lei pentru educa\u021bie&#8221; e un input. E suma pe care ai scos-o din cont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eAm finan\u021bat formarea a 120 de profesori din 3 jude\u021be, care au predat programare la 1.800 de elevi din \u0219coli f\u0103r\u0103 laborator de informatic\u0103&#8221; e un outcome. E ce s-a schimbat \u00een lume cu banii t\u0103i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Managerii de CSR se opresc adesea la \u201eam donat X lei&#8221;, dar aceasta este o m\u0103sur\u0103toare a efortului (input), nu a rezultatului (output sau impact). Partenerii potrivi\u021bi pot oferi rapoarte clare: c\u00e2\u021bi copii au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat ceva concret datorit\u0103 programului, c\u00e2te ore de formare au fost livrate, c\u00e2te comunit\u0103\u021bi au fost atinse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diferen\u021ba nu e semantic\u0103. E diferen\u021ba dintre un raport de sustenabilitate care trece de auditor \u0219i unul care prime\u0219te \u00eentreb\u0103ri incomode la prima lectur\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De ce conteaz\u0103 mai mult ca oric\u00e2nd<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raportarea privind durabilitatea va schimba dinamic raportarea anual\u0103 a companiilor, influen\u021b\u00e2nd poten\u021bialii investitori, clien\u021bii \u0219i colaboratorii.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar chiar \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 CSRD, exist\u0103 o schimbare de a\u0219tept\u0103ri la nivel de pia\u021b\u0103. Exist\u0103 fotografii, exist\u0103 comunicate de pres\u0103. Nu exist\u0103 date. Nu exist\u0103 continuitate. Fiecare an \u00eencepe de la zero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tipul 2 \u2014 CSR de conformitate.<\/strong> Compania face lucruri reale, dar nu le documenteaz\u0103 suficient. \u0218tie c\u0103 a ajutat, dar nu poate demonstra cu precizie ce \u0219i c\u00e2t. Raportul de sustenabilitate e scris de departamentul de comunicare, nu de echipa de CSR \u0219i arat\u0103 ca atare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tipul 3 \u2014 CSR strategic.<\/strong> Exist\u0103 un obiectiv clar, un partener care produce date, o metodologie de m\u0103surare \u0219i un raport structurat la finalul fiec\u0103rui ciclu. Impactul e atribuit specific. Se poate compara de la an la an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Community Index 2025 surprinde aceast\u0103 evolu\u021bie: companiile \u00ee\u0219i alinieaz\u0103 valorile la proiectele pe care le sus\u021bin, iar deciziile privind implicarea social\u0103 nu mai sunt \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103toare, ci integrate \u00een strategiile de business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tipul 3 nu e rezervat marilor corpora\u021bii. E o chestiune de alegere a partenerilor \u0219i de disciplin\u0103 \u00een documentare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 concret un parteneriat care produce date<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exist\u0103 o diferen\u021b\u0103 major\u0103 \u00eentre a dona unui ONG \u0219i a construi un parteneriat cu un ONG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dona\u021bia e o tranzac\u021bie: dai bani, prime\u0219ti chitan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i, dac\u0103 ai noroc, o fotografie. Exist\u0103 trei, fiecare cu logic\u0103 proprie pentru ce vrei s\u0103 ob\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sus\u021bii un program existent<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alegi un program Adfaber activ \u2014 Kids in Tech, Technovation Girls \u2014 \u0219i \u00eel finan\u021bezi pentru un an sau mai mul\u021bi. Investi\u021bia e direct atribuibil\u0103 companiei tale, \u00een comunit\u0103\u021bi pe care le po\u021bi justifica explicit \u00een raportul de sustenabilitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce s\u0103 ceri unui partener ONG \u00eenainte s\u0103 semnezi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu orice parteneriat cu un ONG produce date utile pentru raportare. Exist\u0103 c\u00e2teva condi\u021bii f\u0103r\u0103 de care investi\u021bia ta r\u0103m\u00e2ne o cheltuial\u0103 frumoas\u0103, dar nedemonstrabila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Metodologie documentat\u0103.<\/strong> Cum num\u0103r\u0103 ONG-ul beneficiarii? Cu ce instrumente? Cine valideaz\u0103 datele? \u201eAvem 2.000 de elevi \u00een program&#8221; nu e suficient f\u0103r\u0103 un proces documentat \u00een spate. Cere metodologia \u00eenainte s\u0103 semnezi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alocare clar\u0103 pe parteneri.<\/strong> Dac\u0103 ONG-ul are 15 parteneri, fiecare trebuie s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 datele atribuibile propriei contribu\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Raportare structurat\u0103, nu narativ\u0103.<\/strong> Ai nevoie de tabele \u0219i indicatori, nu de un text frumos despre cum s-au sim\u021bit copiii. Cele dou\u0103 nu se exclud \u2014 povestea e util\u0103 \u00een comunicare. Dar raportul de sustenabilitate are nevoie de cifre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Continuitate.<\/strong> Impactul real nu se reduce la raportare \u2014 el se construie\u0219te prin inten\u021bie, cultur\u0103 organiza\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i ac\u021biune sus\u021binut\u0103. Un parteneriat de un singur an produce date pentru un singur raport. Un parteneriat multianual produce date comparabile \u00een timp \u2014 care arat\u0103 progres, nu doar prezen\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gre\u0219elile care cost\u0103 cel mai mult<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exist\u0103 trei tipare recurente care transform\u0103 un buget CSR real \u00eentr-o investi\u021bie f\u0103r\u0103 demonstrabilitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parteneriatul de un singur eveniment.<\/strong> O dona\u021bie punctual\u0103, o apari\u021bie de logo, gata. Anul viitor, alt ONG, alt\u0103 dona\u021bie. Din perspectiva oric\u0103rui raport de impact, nu ai nimic: niciun baseline, niciun progres, niciun impact documentat pe parcursul unui exerci\u021biu complet. E zero util pentru demonstrarea continuit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parteneriatul cu un ONG f\u0103r\u0103 infrastructur\u0103 de date.<\/strong> Exist\u0103 ONG-uri care fac lucruri valoroase, dar nu au capacitatea de a produce rapoarte structurate pentru un partener corporativ cu obiective de raportare. Inten\u021bia bun\u0103 nu produce indicatori verificabili. \u00ce\u021bi asumi tu munca de documentare \u2014 sau pur \u0219i simplu nu ai ce pune \u00een raport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comunicarea f\u0103r\u0103 substan\u021b\u0103.<\/strong> \u201eAm contribuit la educa\u021bia din Rom\u00e2nia&#8221; spus f\u0103r\u0103 cifre, f\u0103r\u0103 geografie, f\u0103r\u0103 metodologie, f\u0103r\u0103 continuitate e exact ceea ce pia\u021ba de CSR din Rom\u00e2nia identific\u0103 drept comunicare fragmentat\u0103 \u2014 \u0219i exact ce clien\u021bii, partenerii \u0219i candida\u021bii la angajare au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 recunoasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 ignore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cum arat\u0103 pa\u0219ii urm\u0103tori<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dac\u0103 bugetul CSR exist\u0103 dar documentarea impactului e slab\u0103, exist\u0103 un traseu clar de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pasul 1 \u2014 Auditeaz\u0103 ce ai acum.<\/strong> \u00cenainte s\u0103 schimbi partenerii sau s\u0103 restructurezi bugetul, documenteaz\u0103 ce a produs ce ai f\u0103cut \u00een ultimii 2\u20133 ani. Ce date exist\u0103? Ce lipse\u0219te? Unde e cel mai mare gol \u00een demonstrabilitate?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pasul 2 \u2014 Alege un domeniu de impact cu materialitate pentru compania ta.<\/strong> Educa\u021bia digital\u0103 are logic\u0103 natural\u0103 pentru orice companie din tech, telecomunica\u021bii, banking sau orice sector care recruteaz\u0103 talent digital. Dac\u0103 activezi \u00een aceste domenii, leg\u0103tura dintre investi\u021bia \u00een competen\u021be digitale ale comunit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i activitatea companiei tale e direct\u0103 \u0219i argumentabil\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pasul 3 \u2014 Evalueaz\u0103 partenerii cu gril\u0103 clar\u0103.<\/strong> Aplic\u0103 cele 4 criterii de mai sus \u2014 metodologie documentat\u0103, alocare clar\u0103, raportare structurat\u0103, disponibilitate pentru verificare \u2014 oric\u0103rui ONG cu care e\u0219ti \u00een discu\u021bii.
