Are trei componente clare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Epuizarea emo\u021bional\u0103<\/strong> &#8211; senza\u021bia c\u0103 nu mai ai nimic de dat. Nu mai po\u021bi fi prezent emo\u021bional pentru elevi, colegi sau familie, chiar dac\u0103 vrei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Depersonalizarea<\/strong> &#8211; distan\u021barea fa\u021b\u0103 de elevi \u0219i fa\u021b\u0103 de munc\u0103. \u00cei prive\u0219ti cu indiferen\u021b\u0103, cu cinism sau cu iritabilitate, de\u0219i nu ai fost niciodat\u0103 a\u0219a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sc\u0103derea sentimentului de eficien\u021b\u0103<\/strong> &#8211; nu mai crezi c\u0103 munca ta are impact. Conform defini\u021biei Organiza\u021bia Mondial\u0103 a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, este un sindrom asociat stresului cronic la locul de munc\u0103 care nu a fost gestionat eficient.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Munc\u0103 emo\u021bional\u0103 intens\u0103<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Predarea presupune nu doar transmiterea de cuno\u0219tin\u021be, ci \u0219i gestionarea continu\u0103 a rela\u021biilor \u0219i emo\u021biilor din clas\u0103. Profesorii lucreaz\u0103 zilnic cu grupuri mari de elevi, adesea cu nevoi diverse, ceea ce implic\u0103 un efort emo\u021bional constant. Nu e un semn de sl\u0103biciune. E un semn c\u0103 ai dat prea mult, prea mult timp, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 re\u00eencarci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MIT: o vacan\u021b\u0103 lung\u0103 rezolv\u0103 burnout-ul.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REALITATE:<\/strong> vacan\u021ba ofer\u0103 o pauz\u0103, dar dac\u0103 te \u00eentorci \u00een acela\u0219i mediu, cu acelea\u0219i condi\u021bii \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 nicio schimbare \u00een modul \u00een care gestionezi stresul, burnout-ul revine rapid. Adesea \u00een prima sau a doua s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 de \u0219coal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MIT: dac\u0103 vorbe\u0219ti despre burnout, e\u0219ti perceput ca slab sau neprofesionist.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REALITATE:<\/strong> aceast\u0103 stigm\u0103 e real\u0103 \u0219i e una dintre motivele pentru care at\u00e2t de mul\u021bi profesori nu cer ajutor. Dar t\u0103cerea agraveaz\u0103 problema. Un profesor care recunoa\u0219te c\u0103 are nevoie de sprijin \u0219i \u00eel caut\u0103 e mult mai aproape de recuperare dec\u00e2t unul care tace \u0219i continu\u0103 s\u0103 se epuizeze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce func\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een prevenirea burnout-ului<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu toate cauzele burnout-ului \u021bin de tine \u0219i nu le po\u021bi rezolva singur. Dar exist\u0103 c\u00e2teva lucruri mici, realiste, care pot reduce presiunea zilnic\u0103 dac\u0103 le aplici constant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pune o limit\u0103 clar\u0103 pentru finalul zilei de lucru.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alege o or\u0103 dup\u0103 care nu mai r\u0103spunzi la mesaje \u0219i nu mai lucrezi pentru \u0219coal\u0103 (de exemplu 18:00). Anun\u021b\u0103 asta simplu: \u201eR\u0103spund la mesaje \u00een timpul programului.\u201d Nu trebuie s\u0103 justifici. Nu e lips\u0103 de profesionalism, e igien\u0103 mental\u0103 de baz\u0103. Comunic\u0103 aceast\u0103 limit\u0103 clar \u0219i respect\u0103-o tu \u00eensu\u021bi primul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recupereaz\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bile care \u00ee\u021bi dau energie.<\/strong> Sportul, cititul, g\u0103titul, ie\u0219irile cu prietenii, orice \u00ee\u021bi re\u00eencarc\u0103 bateriile. Nu sunt luxuri. Sunt necesit\u0103\u021bi. Programeaz\u0103-le ca pe ore de curs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Identific\u0103 ce consum\u0103 cel mai mult.<\/strong> E birocra\u021bia? P\u0103rin\u021bii dificili? O clas\u0103 anume? C\u00e2nd \u0219tii sursa principal\u0103 a stresului, po\u021bi ac\u021biona specific.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vorbe\u0219te cu cineva.<\/strong> Un coleg de \u00eencredere, un prieten din afara \u0219colii, un mentor. Verbalizarea problemei reduce din greutatea ei \u0219i uneori solu\u021bia vine din conversa\u021bie, nu din izolare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dac\u0103 e\u0219ti la nivel mediu: epuizare persistent\u0103, deta\u0219are emo\u021bional\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cere sprijin formal.<\/strong> Vorbe\u0219te cu directorul sau cu responsabilul de resurse umane despre ce sim\u021bi. Nu trebuie s\u0103 ai toate r\u0103spunsurile, trebuie s\u0103 ridici problema. Multe \u0219coli au sau pot accesa servicii de consiliere pentru cadre didactice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reduce suprasolicitarea acolo unde po\u021bi.<\/strong> Nu tot ce \u021bi se cere e obligatoriu. Prioritizeaz\u0103 ce are impact direct asupra elevilor \u0219i delegheaz\u0103 sau am\u00e2n\u0103 ce poate s\u0103 a\u0219tepte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Restructureaz\u0103 cum predai.<\/strong> Metodele active, proiectele de grup, tehnologia, pot reduce efortul de preg\u0103tire \u0219i pot face orele mai energizante at\u00e2t pentru elevi, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru tine.
