Aceste este un ghid pentru companii: cum alegi, cum sponsorizezi \u0219i cum m\u0103sori impactul real al investi\u021biei CSR.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bugetul de CSR exist\u0103. Inten\u021bia exist\u0103. Dar c\u00e2nd vine momentul s\u0103 alegi unde merge, apare \u00eentrebarea real\u0103: <em>cum \u0219tiu c\u0103 faci alegerea bun\u0103?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E o \u00eentrebarea corect\u0103. \u0218i merit\u0103 un r\u0103spuns sincer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rom\u00e2nia are peste <strong>zeci de mii de ONG-uri \u00eenregistrate<\/strong>, conform Ministerului Justi\u021biei, dar nu toate au aceea\u0219i capacitate de execu\u021bie, transparen\u021b\u0103 sau impact m\u0103surabil. Companiile care aloc\u0103 bugete CSR pentru educa\u021bie au tot dreptul s\u0103 fie selective. Iar cele care aleg bine v\u0103d rezultate reale \u00een comunitate \u0219i \u00een imaginea lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ghidul acesta e pentru oameni de CSR, antreprenorii \u0219i managerii HR care vor s\u0103 fac\u0103 mai mult dec\u00e2t s\u0103 bifeze o linie \u00een raportul de sustenabilitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De ce educa\u021bia r\u0103m\u00e2ne o bun\u0103 investi\u021bie social\u0103<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd companiile aleg unde s\u0103 direc\u021bioneze bugetele CSR, educa\u021bia este pe list\u0103 \u0219i nu \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103tor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unesco.org\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>UNESCO<\/strong><\/a><strong> estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 fiecare dolar investit \u00een educa\u021bie genereaz\u0103 \u00eentre 10 \u0219i 15 dolari \u00een beneficii economice pe termen lung<\/strong> pentru comunitate. E ROI social documentat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, contextul face investi\u021bia \u0219i mai urgent\u0103. Principalele <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/statistics-explained\/index.php?title=Early_leavers_from_education_and_training\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">date \u0219i indicatori:<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rom\u00e2nia are cea mai mare rat\u0103 de p\u0103r\u0103sire timpurie a \u0219colii din Uniunea European\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen 2023, aproximativ 16,6% dintre tinerii rom\u00e2ni cu v\u00e2rste \u00eentre 18 \u0219i 24 de ani aveau cel mult studii gimnaziale \u0219i nu mai participau la nicio form\u0103 de educa\u021bie sau formare profesional\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prin compara\u021bie, media Uniunii Europene este de aproximativ 9,5%, ceea ce eviden\u021biaz\u0103 o diferen\u021b\u0103 semnificativ\u0103 \u00eentre Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i restul statelor membre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acest indicator arat\u0103 c\u0103 aproximativ 1 din 6 tineri din Rom\u00e2nia p\u0103r\u0103se\u0219te sistemul educa\u021bional \u00eenainte de a finaliza liceul sau o form\u0103 de formare profesional\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fenomenul este mai accentuat \u00een mediul rural \u0219i \u00een comunit\u0103\u021bile vulnerabile, unde accesul la resurse educa\u021bionale \u0219i sprijin social este adesea limitat.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Acestea nu sunt statistici abstracte. Sunt copii care, f\u0103r\u0103 interven\u021bie extern\u0103, vor intra pe pia\u021ba muncii f\u0103r\u0103 competen\u021bele de baz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/en\/about\/programmes\/pisa\/pisa-publications.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">test\u0103rii interna\u021bionale <strong>PISA<\/strong><\/a>, o propor\u021bie mare dintre elevii rom\u00e2ni au dificult\u0103\u021bi la competen\u021be fundamentale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aproximativ <strong>42% dintre elevi nu ating nivelul minim la matematic\u0103<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aproximativ <strong>42% la citire<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aproximativ <strong>44% la \u0219tiin\u021be<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ONG-urile pentru educa\u021bie sunt cele care intervin acolo unde sistemul public nu ajunge \u00eentr-un mid rapid, flexibil \u0219i cu programe testate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce face un ONG \u00een educa\u021bie&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenainte s\u0103 alegi unde investe\u0219ti, te ajut\u0103 s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi ce rol joac\u0103 organiza\u021biile non-profit \u00een ecosistemul educa\u021bional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218coala public\u0103 are programe, profesori \u0219i infrastructur\u0103, dar \u0219i birocra\u021bie, rigiditate curricular\u0103 \u0219i resurse limitate pentru inova\u021bie. Relevante pentru companiile care investesc \u00een cultura organiza\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cum sponsorizezi un ONG de educa\u021bie&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mecanismul de sponsorizare \u2014 Legea 32\/1994<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Companiile din Rom\u00e2nia pot sponsoriza ONG-uri \u00een baza <strong>Legii sponsoriz\u0103rii nr. 32\/1994<\/strong>, cu modific\u0103rile ulterioare. Sponsorizarea se deduce din impozitul pe profit sau pe venit, \u00een limita unor plafoane legale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> Necesit\u0103 contract de sponsorizare, dovada c\u0103 beneficiarul e entitate non-profit \u0219i respectarea condi\u021biilor din lege. Companiile cu programe CSR multianuale \u00een educa\u021bie raporteaz\u0103 rezultate semnificativ mai bune \u00een recrutare \u0219i reten\u021bie de angaja\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce ob\u021bine o companie dintr-un parteneriat CSR \u00een educa\u021bie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Companiile care o fac strategic ob\u021bin beneficii concrete \u0219i m\u0103surabile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Brand de angajator mai puternic<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-o pia\u021b\u0103 a muncii competitiv\u0103, angaja\u021bii, mai ales din genera\u021biile tinere, aleg companiile dup\u0103 valori, nu doar dup\u0103 salariu. Un program CSR vizibil \u0219i autentic \u00een educa\u021bie comunic\u0103 exact valori care atrag talentul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pipeline de talent pe termen lung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Companiile tech \u0219i de consultan\u021b\u0103 care sus\u021bin programe STEM sau de programare pentru liceeni investesc, de fapt, \u00een viitorii lor angaja\u021bi. Ai inten\u021bia. Cum \u0219tii c\u0103 alegi bine?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Transparen\u021b\u0103&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ONG-ul public\u0103 rapoarte de activitate, cifre din programele desf\u0103\u0219urate? Sunt disponibile pe site sau la cerere? Un ONG serios nu are nimic de ascuns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Istoric de proiecte finalizate<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu promisiuni, proiecte livrate. C\u00e2te edi\u021bii are o competi\u021bie anterioar\u0103? C\u00e2\u021bi beneficiari au trecut prin program?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Metodologie clar\u0103 de m\u0103surare a impactului<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum \u0219tie ONG-ul c\u0103 programul lui func\u021bioneaz\u0103? Urm\u0103re\u0219te beneficiarii pe termen lung?
