Aceast\u0103 diferen\u021b\u0103 nu este o vin\u0103, ci o realitate care creeaz\u0103 vulnerabilitate, confuzie \u0219i, uneori, riscuri serioase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EduShift Rom\u00e2nia<\/strong>, un program na\u021bional de educa\u021bie digital\u0103 dezvoltat de <strong>The Adfaber Association<\/strong>, with the support of <strong>PRO TV<\/strong>, \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 transforme aceast\u0103 realitate \u00eentr-o oportunitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, dialog \u0219i colaborare \u00eentre genera\u021bii. Programul aduce \u00een Rom\u00e2nia un concept educa\u021bional aplicat la scar\u0103 larg\u0103 \u00een alte \u021b\u0103ri \u2013 <em>reverse mentoring<\/em> \u2013 adaptat \u00eens\u0103 contextului rom\u00e2nesc \u0219i realit\u0103\u021bilor din \u0219coli \u0219i familii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>O ruptur\u0103 digital\u0103 care ne prive\u0219te pe to\u021bi<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ultimii ani, tehnologia \u0219i inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 au devenit parte din via\u021ba de zi cu zi: de la telefoane \u0219i aplica\u021bii bancare, la platforme educa\u021bionale, re\u021bele sociale \u0219i instrumente AI capabile s\u0103 genereze texte, imagini sau informa\u021bii \u00een c\u00e2teva secunde. Pentru copii \u0219i adolescen\u021bi, acest univers digital este familiar. Mul\u021bi dintre ei au avut primul contact cu un smartphone sau o tablet\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 din primii ani de via\u021b\u0103. Gesturile sunt intuitive, navigarea este rapid\u0103, iar adaptarea la noutate se face aproape natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru adul\u021bi, \u00eens\u0103, lucrurile nu sunt la fel de simple. Profesorii au fost forma\u021bi \u00eentr-un alt context educa\u021bional, p\u0103rin\u021bii au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat tehnologia \u201edin mers\u201d, iar bunicii se confrunt\u0103 adesea cu o lume digital\u0103 care li se pare complicat\u0103 \u0219i, uneori, periculoas\u0103. Profesori care spun, cu onestitate, c\u0103 elevii lor se descurc\u0103 mult mai bine cu instrumentele digitale. P\u0103rin\u021bi care recunosc c\u0103 \u00eei roag\u0103 pe copii s\u0103 \u00eei ajute s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i seteze telefonul sau aplica\u021biile. Bunici care spun c\u0103 \u201enepo\u021bii \u0219tiu mai bine\u201d \u0219i care, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, se tem s\u0103 nu cad\u0103 victime fraudelor online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen loc s\u0103 priveasc\u0103 aceast\u0103 realitate ca pe un e\u0219ec al sistemului educa\u021bional sau ca pe o competi\u021bie \u00eentre genera\u021bii, ADFABER a ales o alt\u0103 perspectiv\u0103: <strong>ce-ar fi dac\u0103 aceast\u0103 diferen\u021b\u0103 ar deveni o resurs\u0103?<\/strong> Ce-ar fi dac\u0103 elevii, preg\u0103ti\u021bi corespunz\u0103tor \u0219i sus\u021binu\u021bi de profesori, ar putea contribui activ la cre\u0219terea nivelului de educa\u021bie digital\u0103 din comunit\u0103\u021bile lor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219a s-a n\u0103scut EduShift Rom\u00e2nia \u2013 un program care nu pune elevul deasupra adultului, ci <strong>\u00eel implic\u0103 al\u0103turi de acesta<\/strong>, \u00eentr-un proces de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare reciproc\u0103, bazat pe respect \u0219i colaborare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>De ce elevii sunt capabili s\u0103 ajute adul\u021bii<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unul dintre cele mai importante principii ale programului este respectul pentru experien\u021ba adultului. Elevii nu sunt prezenta\u021bi ca \u201eexper\u021bi\u201d care vin s\u0103 corecteze sau s\u0103 judece, ci ca <strong>mentori digitali forma\u021bi<\/strong>, capabili s\u0103 explice lucruri tehnice pe \u00een\u021belesul tuturor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faptul c\u0103 elevii se descurc\u0103 mai u\u0219or cu tehnologia nu \u00eei face superiori. \u00cei face, \u00eens\u0103, potrivi\u021bi pentru a explica, pentru a demonstra \u0219i pentru a ghida, atunci c\u00e2nd sunt preg\u0103ti\u021bi \u0219i sus\u021binu\u021bi. Elevii \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 tehnologia \u0219i inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 \u00een mod con\u0219tient \u0219i sigur, iar apoi \u00eei sprijin\u0103 pe adul\u021bi s\u0103 fac\u0103 acela\u0219i lucru, \u00eentr-un cadru organizat \u0219i sigur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce presupune concret EduShift Rom\u00e2nia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programul se adreseaz\u0103 elevilor de gimnaziu \u0219i liceu din Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 la nivel na\u021bional. Ace\u0219tia sunt forma\u021bi prin training-uri dedicate, materiale educative \u0219i tutoriale video, dezvoltate de echipa ADFABER, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 nu doar <em>cum<\/em> func\u021bioneaz\u0103 tehnologia, ci \u0219i <em>cum<\/em> trebuie folosit\u0103 responsabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Formarea include teme esen\u021biale pentru prezent \u0219i viitor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>utilizarea inteligent\u0103 \u0219i responsabil\u0103 a inteligen\u021bei artificiale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recunoa\u0219terea fraudelor online \u0219i fake news;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>siguran\u021ba datelor personale \u0219i protec\u021bia conturilor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>folosirea platformelor digitale \u0219i educa\u021bionale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>setarea controlului parental.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 de formare, elevii particip\u0103 la activit\u0103\u021bi de mentorat \u00een comunit\u0103\u021bile lor: ateliere de informare pentru profesori, sesiuni dedicate p\u0103rin\u021bilor \u0219i bunicilor, discu\u021bii aplicate despre siguran\u021b\u0103 online \u0219i tehnologie.Profesorii au un rol-cheie \u00een acest proces, devenind <strong>profesori coordonatori<\/strong>. Rolul lor este de a sprijini elevii, de a facilita organizarea activit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i de a asigura un cadru sigur \u0219i coerent pentru desf\u0103\u0219urarea programului. Diferen\u021ba adus\u0103 de EduShift Rom\u00e2nia este <strong>abordarea uman\u0103 \u0219i comunitar\u0103<\/strong>. Programul nu aduce un expert extern care s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 o prezentare punctual\u0103, ci creeaz\u0103 un proces continuu de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, \u00een care elevii devin parte activ\u0103 a solu\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 abordare are mai multe beneficii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>elevii cap\u0103t\u0103 \u00eencredere, responsabilitate \u0219i un rol activ \u00een comunitate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adul\u021bii \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 \u00eentr-un mediu mai relaxat, f\u0103r\u0103 teama de a \u201egre\u0219i\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0219coala devine un spa\u021biu de dialog real \u00eentre genera\u021bii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tehnologia este privit\u0103 ca oportunitate, nu ca amenin\u021bare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tehnologia \u0219i inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 pot fi instrumente extraordinare atunci c\u00e2nd sunt \u00een\u021belese \u0219i folosite corect. F\u0103r\u0103 educa\u021bie digital\u0103, \u00eens\u0103, ele pot deveni surse de dezinformare, manipulare sau risc.
